To prolong the life of your doob:
Keep it on Dry Ground: While our outdoor bags are designed for drainage, they work best when they aren't sitting in a puddle. After use (or rain), ensure they are kept on dry ground so the "Flow-through" tech can actually vent moisture out.
The Pool Rule: Yes, your doob can float! It’s a great poolside companion, but it is not a permanent pool fixture. Do not leave your bean bags floating in the pool. Prolonged exposure to chlorine and constant immersion can degrade the fabric and trap moisture inside. After a dip, move it to dry ground to air out.
Manage the Sun: To prevent fading and fabric degradation—especially for the Relax series—avoid leaving your bean bags in direct, baking sunlight when not in use.
Manage the Water: If your bag gets soaked, water will find its way through the seams or the weave. Simply tilt the bag to let excess water drain out from the ventilation points (the Batyline® strip or the fabric base).
Natural Wear: Like all performance gear, water-repellency can decrease over time due to natural wear and tear. Periodically cleaning your bag and keeping it dry will help maintain its protective properties.
