Coverage Scope

The Customer shall enjoy a one (1) year limited warranty against verified manufacturer’s defects from the date of receipt of the ordered product. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship under normal static load, including:

• Defective or malfunctioning zipper tracks, slider locks, and zipper teeth.
• Manufacturing material defects or factory seam splits on both the outer cover and inner bag.
• Premature delamination or peeling of internal technical coatings (such as DRYXX™ PU undercoats) occurring within twelve (12) months of purchase under recommended fabric care.

Exclusions & Environmental Wear

The Seller maintains sole operational authority in technical assessment. For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty does not cover:

• Seam separation, fabric tears, or zipper damage resulting from misuse, dynamic impact loading (including jumping or dropping weight), sharp object punctures, or animal behavior (including biting, chewing, claw tearing, or biological stains/soaking) across all product lines, including pet collection items. Pet beds are constructed using abrasion-resistant technical fabrics for routine nesting and scratching, but are not indestructible against deliberate chewing, biting, or claw punctures.
• Natural degradation, hydrolysis, or gradual flaking of PU technical coatings occurring after extended use (beyond 12 months), as polyurethane coatings naturally degrade over time when exposed to tropical humidity, warmth, friction, and sweat.
• Normal compression, settling, or volume loss of internal filling (including regular EPS pellets or SPRINGFLUX™ hybrid blends) over time, which represents routine maintenance rather than a structural flaw.
• Fabric fading or material degradation caused by prolonged exposure to direct UV sunlight, standing water, or outdoor elements on non-UV-rated fabrics.

Claim Resolution & Replacement Outer Covers

In the event of a verified manufacturer’s defect within the 1-year period, the Seller will repair or replace the defective component free of charge.

• Equal Value Substitution: If an exact model or colourway is discontinued or out of stock, an item of equivalent retail value will be provided.
• Term Continuation (No Reset): The 1-year warranty period commences on the original date of receipt and shall not restart or extend upon repair or replacement.
• Out-of-Warranty Repairs & Refresh Program: For covers experiencing natural environmental wear, PU coating aging beyond 12 months, or user-inflicted impact damage, the Seller offers a paid panel repair service and discounted replacement outer covers at prevailing service rates.
