What Your 1-Year Warranty Covers

Your setup is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of receipt, covering all verified manufacturing and structural hardware faults:

  1. Defective or malfunctioning zipper tracks, slider locks, and zipper teeth.
     
  2. Manufacturing material defects or factory seam splits on both the outer cover and inner bag.
     
  3. Premature delamination or peeling of internal technical coatings (such as DRYXX™ PU undercoats) occurring within twelve (12) months of purchase under recommended fabric care.

 

Note: Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to normal mechanical pellet compression over time, fabric tears from sharp objects, or dynamic impact loading such as jumping or dropping weight.
